Order Processing & Shipping Information

Order Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and production before your package is shipped. We carefully inspect and prepare each order to ensure quality and accuracy.
Shipping Time
🇺🇸 U.S. Orders:
Shipped via USPS or FedEx with an average delivery window of 15–20 business days.
🌍 International Orders:
Transit times typically range between 15–30 business days, depending on your region and the designated fulfillment center.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, certain factors — such as holidays, severe weather, customs clearance, or global events — may cause delays. Most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, but we appreciate your patience in the rare event of a delay.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery in real time. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, penalty-free.
To cancel, please email us at  wenutribox@gmail.com with the subject line:
“CANCEL MY ORDER.”
After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing or shipped, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Incorrect Address
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately at  wenutribox@gmail.com.
Address changes can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to modify the delivery details.
Delivery Attempts
Our shipping partners typically make two delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to the sender.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please reach out to us right away at wenutribox@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We’ll arrange a replacement or resolution at no additional cost.
